8″ PETROL WHEELED WOODCHIPPER

Hosting a 57HP Kubota Petrol engine, this ST8P offers amazing torque and chipping speed. The EFI engine uses fuel on demand and is amazingly fuel efficient considering the power it produces. As petrol engines recover quicker, this machine gets back to chipping quicker when the no stress cuts in making it a truly rapid machine.

Simply excellent feed controls. Fully water and vibration proof touch pad buttons, with no moving parts, and slim to the side of the hopper.

A simple yet advanced electrical control system taking care of all the electrics on the machine. Historically electrics on plant and machinery are a troublesome – AutoIntelligence overcomes this with a completely water and vibration proof system designed and tested in the toughest environments. This system gives excellent usability and outstanding reliability, it will also make you aware when servicing is due and will recommend routine maintenance.

The Forst Unique feed roller system with an emphasis on exceptional crushing power. The ForstGrip top feed roller climbs on an arc toward the timber, pulling the material toward the flywheel and naturally climbing butt ends to make infeed grip exceptional. Twin high tension springs either side of the roller, as well as the sheer weight and gravitational pull, mean even the toughest forks and limbs are broken

The ST8P comes with an extremely useful spare wheel should it be required, which attaches neatly to the front bonnet and is easily accessible.

You can alter the feed roller speed to make the job quicker, and to make it most effective for the type of timber you are chipping. It will go fast!

Simply phenomenal velocity when chipping. Forst will throw the chip right to the front of your wagon due to the open top flywheel system with large gusseted draught fins at the rear. Chip is thrown, not blown meaning blockages on wet material are simply not a problem.
